Just wanted to give everybody an update on the 1.03 patch. We are trying to get as much stuff as possible fixed in this patch and it's taking a little longer than originally anticipated to get some bugs fixed. We are working as hard as we can to get as many problems fixed as possible. I'm not going to promise that this upcoming patch will fix everything for everybody, but we will keep working on trying to fix as much as we can as soon as we can.

Once Gearbox has completed the bug fixes and created the patch, that patch will still need to be approved by Ubisoft before it becomes available to the general public. My best new *GUESS* about the release date of the 1.03 patch will be sometime mid-to-late next week (assuming no other unforeseen problems arrive).

I know it sucks not having a patch and waiting 2 weeks for it to be available, but I felt it was better to be honest with all of you and let you know straight up what was going on rather than just keep you in the dark and keep saying "just hold on little longer". Like I said above, we ARE working as fast as we can on getting this out to the general public.
